Tribute bricks not only serve as a celebration of friends and family but they also provide building blocks for our future, helping to make Riverbanks Zoo a better place for the animals, our children and our community. Donate a brick in his or her honor and the family name or your special message will become a part of Riverbanks’ history.

Desktop Keepsake Bricks Available

Miniature paperweight-size replicas of your 4×8 bricks can now also be ordered and picked up at the Zoo for an additional donation of $40 per brick—or we can ship the replica for $5 more. Keepsake bricks will be available at the time of installation.

How it Works

A certificate of engraving will be mailed to the brick donor within 5–10 days of receiving the order. Orders received by April 1 are scheduled for installation by May 31; orders received by July 1 are scheduled for August 31; orders received by October 1 are scheduled for November 30; and orders received by January 1 are scheduled for February 28. (Please note: Scheduled installation dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.) Inscriptions are limited to 18 characters per line, up to 3 lines per brick (characters include spaces, punctuation, ampersands, etc.) A certificate of installation indicating the brick’s location will be mailed to the brick donor within 5–10 days of installation.
